  • Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and discipline at all times.

  • Respect confidentiality: Do not disclose any internal discussions, strategies, projects, or information outside the organization.

2. Use of Company Branding

  • Interns are strictly prohibited from using the company logo, name, or any branding materials for personal portfolios, external presentations, or projects without prior written approval.

  • Unauthorized use of company branding may result in disciplinary action.

3. Attendance and Working Hours

  • Be regular and punctual according to the assigned working hours.

  • In case of any planned leave or unexpected absence, inform your reporting manager and HR in advance.
    College-related Leaves

  • For leaves related to college activities such as exams, vivas, or project submissions:

  • Interns must submit an official schedule or email from the college as proof.

  • Prior approval from the reporting manager is mandatory before availing such leaves.

  • Special internship leaves will be granted only for official project submissions, vivas, and exams, provided proper documentation and approvals are in place.

  • For any other college activities (e.g., events, seminars, workshops, cultural programs), internship leave will not be granted. Interns must apply for casual leave, which is subject to approval and may be rejected depending on project needs.

4. Communication

  • Maintain a professional and respectful tone in all communications (emails, chats, meetings).

  • Use official channels (company email, project management tools, etc.) for all work-related discussions.

5. Data Security and Confidentiality

  • Interns must not share any client-related code, projects, or confidential information outside the organization under any circumstances.

  • All work completed during the internship is considered the intellectual property of the company and must be handled with strict confidentiality.

  • If any part of your internship project is required to be submitted to your college, you must take prior approval from your reporting manager. This is to ensure proper guidance on what content can be shared and what must be kept confidential.

6. Leave Guidelines

  • All leaves must be formally informed and approved in advance.

  • Frequent unapproved leaves may negatively affect your internship evaluation.

  • Submit leave requests through the defined process (email, HR portal).

7. Performance and Evaluation

  • Your performance will be assessed based on:

    • Learning attitude

    • Ownership of tasks

    • Communication skills

    • Overall professional behavior
