1. Objectiveโ€‹

At Kiara TechX, we understand the importance of a flexible and supportive work environment. With advancements in technology and shifts in work culture, we recognize the benefits of remote work. Remote employees must follow their regular work schedule. Flexible hours may be allowed with prior manager approval. Employees must maintain clear communication regarding availability to ensure smooth collaboration.

4.3 Communicationโ€‹

Employees must be easily accessible during work hours and respond promptly to emails, calls, and messages. Company-approved tools must be used to stay connected.

4.4 Equipment and Internetโ€‹

Employees are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary equipment (laptop, phone, etc.) and a reliable internet connection to perform their duties effectively.

4.5 Data Securityโ€‹

Confidential company data must not be stored locally on personal devices. Report any security incidents or breaches to the management immediately.

4.6 Performance Expectationsโ€‹

Remote employees are expected to maintain the same level of productivity and professionalism as on-site employees. Managers will conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to ensure goals are met.

4.7 Durationโ€‹
